UBIFRANCE- French Trade Commission and the French Nautical Industries Federation are delighted to announce their third annual participation as a French Pavilion during the 2011 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from October 27 to 31. Featuring top industry players, the French Pavilion is an excellent illustration of France’s innovation in yachting and represents the country’s prestige in the areas of nautical design, interiors, safety, construction and brokerage. The French Pavilion will be located in the Yacht Builders & Designer Tent: Booths 683-686 and 604-605. Join us in celebrating on the French Pavilion with refreshments served each afternoon. The exhibitors on the French Pavilion are grouped by category below   INTERIORS & TEXTILES THG (Yacht Builders & Designers Tent: booth 683A) THG is a French manufacturer of luxurious bathroom faucets and accessories. The company offers a wide range of styles (contemporary, traditional, baroque...) and finishes (chrome, gold, nickel...) THG often collaborates on collections with prestigious brands (Lalique, Bernardaud and Daum) and designers (P.-Y. Rochon, Chantal Thomass, Alberto Pinto...). Valombreuse (Yacht Builders & Designers Tent : booth 683B) The best of French refinement in luxury linens. Last March 15 to 17, UBIFRANCE - French Trade Commission had the pleasure to showcase France’s know-how in the cruise industry and exquisite cruise destinations on the French Pavilion at the Cruise Shipping Miami Trade Show. Thanks to a delegation of 25 companies all specialized in different aspects of the cruise industry - engineering , equipment suppliers as well as cruise clubs and tourism offices - UBIFRANCE offered the visitors and other exhibitors at the show a large sample of the diversity of the industry in France.   Networking events were organized by  Atout France , throughout the show and enabled the French exhibitors to meet with American professionals and share their experience or discuss business opportunities. Following the show, in order to provide them with a better understanding of the US industry, UBIFRANCE also took the French  delegation on a tour of the Port of Miami , where they were welcomed by officials of the Port of Miami and of the Intergovernmental Affairs, as well as Gael de Maisonneuve, General Consul of France in Miami . French Touch at FLIBS 2010: A Real Success!   By Ubifrance and the French Nautical Industries Federation New York, 05/11/2010   Ubifrance and the French Nautical Industries Federation wanted to thank everyone who came and visited the French Pavilion last week at the FLIBS! The event was indeed a great success for the French delegation, with very satisfying results.   Large and very-well located among the 7 other national pavilions of remarkable quality, the Pavilion was an excellent illustration of France’s innovation in yachting. The top industry players were there to represent the country’s prestige : Beneteau, the Super Yacht France association, along with other famous names such as Lalique, Daum and Haviland added their touch of elegance to the event.   We were proud as well to have exhibiting on the pavilion, the winner of the ISS Best Sailboat from 24m to 40m and the Best Interior – Power or Sail Award: CNB with its CNB100 Crisco model . CNB had also been awarded the Newcomer Interior Design Award a few days prior to the event.   Over 400 visitors came to the Pavilion and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of business à la française with welcoming members and refreshments served every afternoon. It was a great occasion for the delegation to showcase their know-how and seize new business opportunities.
