The French pavilion is back at the NYNOW Show August 17-20, 2014 at the Jacob Javits Center.   If you’re visiting the trade show, stop by our booths! We’ll be located in the HOME section - booths #2940 to #3057.   The French pavilion is back at the NYNOW Show February 2nd – 6th, 2014 at the Jacob Javits Center. The French pavilion is back at the NYNOW Show – formerly New York International Gift Fair – August 17th - 21st, 2013 at the Jacob Javits Center. Located in the HOME section, Booth area 2940, this edition’s pavilion will feature 18 companies of high quality Home and Gift product lines. Among them will be 10 new exhibitors! Textiles, decorative objects, jewelry, fashion accessories, collectibles, exquisitely crafted tableware and cutlery... Planet Bordeaux takes on Chicago’s wine scene

“A Goldmine of Planet Bordeaux” travels from New York to Chicago on April 19 2013. For everyone who loves wine, and for everyone who wishes to know more about the world’s most famous wine region, this event offers a unique opportunity to discover the most accessible, affordable and delicious wines that Bordeaux has to offer.   The tasting, held at the Skydeck at Willis Tower , one of Chicago’s most stunning venues, will provide a convivial lounge atmosphere in which both experts and amateurs can rub elbows with Bordeaux winemakers as they taste wines that were hand-selected by a panel of judges on the basis of taste, value and artisanal production. It will feature a session reserved for Press and Trade (1pm to 4pm) and will then be open to the public (5pm to 8pm) . Each session will also feature a walk-around tasting of 50 different wines, buffet snacks and an informal workshop, along with quizzes and a raffle for the public. All of this takes place on the 99th floor, with the whole city at your feet. Tickets for the public are $35 and are available via Eventbrite or LocalWineEvents.com . Attendees are also invited to participate in the judging of “My Bordeaux Wine is…,” the video contest on the Planet Bordeaux YouTube Channel to win a gift certificate for a case of wine. Actually, a Bordeaux wine doesn’t have to be expensive to be good. •  There is more to Bordeaux than red wine?   In fact there are dry and sweet white, pale rosé, deeper-hued clairets and a wide variety of reds that range from fresh & fruity to structured & earthy, all hailing from Bordeaux. •  There is no wrong time to drink Bordeaux wine? The Bordelais themselves drink their most famous export not only to accompany a meal, but also as an apéritif or an enjoyable way to wind down after a long day. If you did not know those facts – and even if you did – you should read what follows. For everyone who loves wine, and for everyone who wishes they knew more about the world’s most famous wine region, “A Goldmine of Planet Bordeaux,” will offer a unique opportunity to discover the most accessible, affordable and delicious wines that Bordeaux has to offer. It will feature Press and Trade specific hours (11 am-5 pm) and will be open to the public from 5 pm-8 pm, with several exciting options such as : - walk-around tastings of 60 different wines, buffet snacks and sweets, - a Master Class led by Kevin Zraly , founder of the Windows on the World Wine School, who will be teaching would-be wine aficionados about the powerful ’09 and ’10 vintages of Bordeaux wines.
