To celebrate the London Design Festival this September, Business France, the agency for the international development of the French economy, is launching the second edition of the  French Design Trail (#frenchdesigntrail). From September 16th - 24th, 23 French creators (13 London based showrooms and 10 exposing at Decorex International) are offering an exclusive opportunity to explore the inspiration and creative genius brought to London from across the channel.  Part of the Créative France campaign, the initiative was established to illustrate how French designers are enriching London’s creative community. The trail is a celebration of French design and an appreciation of the historical affinity and collaboration between the UK and France. Along the trail, you will find French savoir-faire at every corner and in various different forms, from artwork, exquisite antiques and decorative objects to bespoke furniture, fabrics, lighting and luxury fittings. As well as representing a wide range of styles, the French Design Trail will showcase innovative and intriguing ways to use both new and traditional materials. Intricately woven fabrics, semi-precious stones and magnificent installations of stunningly lit alabaster are just some of the treasures to be found along the trail. Asocial media competition is open to visitors with the chance of winning 2 return Eurostar tickets to Paris (see image below). Please find below a list of all participating showrooms, and more information can be found on the website :   Normal 0 21 false false false DE JA X-NONE /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Tableau Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin-top:0cm; mso-para-margin-right:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:8.0pt; mso-para-margin-left:0cm; line-height:107%; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language:EN-GB; mso-fareast-language:EN-GB; mso-bidi-language:EN-GB;} About Business France and Créative France Business France is the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy, responsible for fostering export growth by French businesses, as well as promoting and facilitating international investment in France.
