A high-quality, diverse range of French products showcases at Bauma 2016 – Munich, 11-17 April

Business France, the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy, is organising the French Pavilion at the Bauma 2016 trade show in Munich on 11-17 April, on which 28 innovative French companies will exhibit their technologies and know-how.

A must-attend event for professionals in the construction and mining industries, Bauma is a benchmark triennial event that enables exhibitors from all corners of the globe to present their innovations to professional visitors to the trade show. It is the ideal place for businesses to discover state-of-the-art technology, make new contacts, build sustainable commercial relationships and boost their growth.

The showcasing French companies look forward to welcoming visitors to the various stands that make up this year’s French Pavilion at Bauma: indoors over 390m² in Halls A3 and C3 and outdoors over 650m² in the south zone (Freigelände Süd).

In 2014, according to the Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics, French public works represented 7,804 companies, 258,856 employees, €42.5 billion in sales in France and €24.6 billion in export sales. France’s main clients for capital goods designed for the construction sector are Germany, the USA, the UK, Canada and Belgium.

France boasts a number of advantages, including:

The French Pavilion at Bauma 2016 will bring together companies offering a representative range of sector products. Innovation will be the order of the day, with construction equipment and services including equipment for working with concrete and construction machinery, such as lighting balloons, depth control system, hydraulic cylinders, scaffolding and work shelters. Machinery and vehicles designed for the construction sector will also be showcased, along with air-conditioning and heating solutions, safety systems and driving aid systems for site machinery.
