Bideau Vigneron Artisan is a SAS company created by Jean Vincent Bideau, winegrower and winemaker, owner of the Bordeaux winery Château Petit Boyer, located in the Blaye area. Jean Vincent’s passion for wine making developed at an early age. He was always very close to the wine world as he is the third generation wine grower of Petit Boyer Estate. When he met an oenologist, at a professional meeting, the man made a strong impression on him. Encouraged to turn toward wine studies, Jean-Vincent started a successful career. He made his first vintage in 1994 and set up his company in 1997. At only 33 years old, he received the “Best young winegrower, for Bordeaux Region” award from the Young Wine Talents 2006. Dynamic and audacious, Jean-Vincent produces very modern style wines while respecting the Bordeaux tradition. His wines are of superior value for money and many are awarded. With Bideau Vigneron Artisan, Jean-Vincent Bideau has developed a new wine range including his own brand les Grandes Oeuvres. Thanks to his renowned expertise in wine growing and wine making he creates wines in collaboration with partner estates. The work of Jean-Vincent starts in the vines where he acts as a consultant for the management of the vineyards. He helps to improve the quality of the grapes production, to define the harvest dates. He supervises the vinification which is completed in modern and safe installations. The bottling and labeling of the wines is performed at his estate. By controlling each step of the wine making process, Jean-Vincent is able to guaranty the quality of all his wines. Bideau Vigneron Artisan offers a wide range of Bordeaux wines of many AOCs : Bordeaux ; Bordeaux Supérieur; Côtes de Bourg; Médoc ; Lussac St Emilion ; Graves and others.
