Tipiak was created in 1967 by the merger of two hundred-year-old companies specialised in packing dry goods.
Tipiak is composed of four main divisions : Dry Grocery, Crustry Bread, Cocktail and Frozen Ready-Meals.
Tipiak Dry Grocery Division is leader on its market of cereal accompaniments with innovative recipes to add variety and culinarity in side dishes to serve with meat or fish. Tipiak develops a wide variety of plain or flavoured couscous, and unique cereal mixes to rehydrate in hot or cold water, for use in salad catering or prepared meals.
As the tapioca specialist, Tipiak also offers to food industries a range of unique clean label and modified texturizers ingredients based on tapioca starch such as Tapiocaline®, Specialine® and Pretaline® which go into the preparation of a growing number of applications : processed meat and fish products, ready-meals and sauces, dairy products and cheese, bakeries and pastries, pet food.
Finaly, Tipiak has combined its bread-making expertise with a successful industrial organization to create the crouton market and achieves today the leading position in Europe.
Tipiak Cocktail Division and Tipiak Frozen Ready Meals Division aim to expand their original high-quality range of savoury and sweet "finger foods and appetizers” (both frozen and chilled) : macarons, petits fours … such as seafood starters, buckwheat pancakes, crepes, sauces...
