To meet this growing demand, OEM’s are designing turnkey high-speed lines. Turnkey should not mean “one supplier for all equipments”. Customers still have the choice to benefit from expert suppliers understanding their specific needs and offering adapted solutions. Success on high-speed lines requires a focus on maximum output: ensure specific commitment on hygiene, food safety and avoid stoppages due for i.e. to improper capping or labelling. When it comes to producing with higher sustainability level too, saving water, avoiding chemicals, reducing packaging material weight, THE EXPERTS are one step ahead the OEM’s who cannot invest in all technologies simultaneously. Gulfood Manufacturing, the right place to meet THE EXPERTS For the major event of Gulfood Manufacturing, 4 French companies: ICE Water Management, Claranor, Zalkin and Sleever, are teaming up on one common booth. An expert in revalorization of wastes from electrical and electronic equipment will be attending WFEE

romain keraval - 06-janv.-2011 13:02:48
RVE, (Réunion Valorisation Environnement Sarl), is dedicated to recycle electronic and electrical wastes and cables in particular. Based on Réunion Island, RVE has been well-known for years for collecting and recycling Wastes from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and electric cables and comply with European regulations regarding the elimination of WEEE. RVE offers a complete solution for treating this type of material coming at the end of their lifecycle. RVE will be attending the World Future Environment Exhibition in Dubaï to exhibit its solutions.   RVE (Réunion Valorisation Environnement «Réunion Environmental Recycling») is dedicated to collect and recycle UEEE (Unwanted Electrical and Electronic Equipment). The process includes everything from collecting it from the clients’ premises to the final recycling. The collected devices are those functionning thanks to electric current or magnetic field such as : household electrical appliances, computing and office devices, mobile phones, screens (computer screen & TV), and large household electrical appliances like washing machine or microwave. Even large household electrical appliances using coolants and/or foam such as fridges, freezers, or air conditionning devices can be collected and recycled by RVE. The company also deals with electrical cables of all size, and ink cardridges and toners.   There are 5 steps in the process. First of all, RVE comes to get the waste upon the customer’s request. Then, after the analysis of the waste, RVE is able to tell how much it is worth. Adapting to the customer’s constraints, RVE removes the waste and labels it. At the end, treatment, recycling and revalorisation allows to get the most of the wastes. Labelling is the first step in the tracking system, and a Waste Tracking Document emitted by RVE informs about what happen to the wastes until final valorization. The electric and electronic devices are dismantled piece by piece separating the various materials. Then, they are compacted to decrease the volume, and valued via the various local sectors (networks), in which 85 % of waste reception centers are members. The most dangerous materials (subjects) (batteries, piles, refrigerators and the other freezers) are sent in mainland France.
