In 2009, the Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts and Sciences (AMPAS™) honoured TRANSVIDEO with a Scientific and Engineering Award for its video-assist monitors. In September 2010, TRANSVIDEO received from the Bavarian Society for the Advancement of Film Technology (FGF) the esteemed CinecAward. This prestigious prize rewarded TRANSVIDEO for its innovative and trendsetting 3DView S3D monitors and for its development of Motion Picture Technology.
In June 2013, TRANSVIDEO’s holding company Ithaki acquired AATON, the French manufacturer of cinematic equipment.
