Mas de Daumas Gassac is a Family owned vineyard in the Languedoc (France). Originally founded by Véronique and Aimé Guibert in the early 70's, Mas de Daumas Gassac is now run by Samuel, Gaël, Roman and Basile Guibert. The Domaine produces two great wines to put down, the red and white Mas de Daumas Gassac, and a sparkling Mas de Daumas Gassac, the Rosé Frizant.

The Grands Crus Mas de Daumas Gassac come exclusively from a unique terroir similar to Burgundy – 50 hectares (125 acres) of uncloned and rare vines giving very low yields around 35 hectolitres per hectare, planted in little clearings of 1 hectare maximum, surrounded by more than 1500 hectares of the magnificent wild Mediterranean shrubs. The Gassac valley has a cool Microclimate influenced by several natural springs and the nearby hills and sea. No chemical fertilizers or any other synthetic products are used at Daumas Gassac

The unique Languedoc terroir and the Daumas Gassac savoir-faire has given birth to the Moulin de Gassac range which has, since 1991, reflected our wish to combine elegance with mouthwatering qualities. Grapes are fastidiously selected by land parcel, the wines meticulously vinified and matured with care; the result is a true reflection of the character of the magnificent amphitheatre of vines facing the Mediterranean and port of Sète.
