Fonderie de Niederbronn is a French foundry specialized in the industrial production of small, medium and large series of pieces from 5kg to 750kg, of grey and ductile cast-iron.
Annual capacity 30,000 tons.
Our equipment :
- DISAMATIC 2070 moulding line for parts up to 50kg, medium and large series (250 moulds per hour).
- HWS horizontal moulding line for parts up to 750kg : 40 frames per hour, size 1600x1400mm, height 900mm.
- Own production of the foundry toolings.
- Own coldbox coring machines, up to 100 liter.
- A wide range of services associated with the control and the pieces finishes, whether they’re rough or machined.
Our main markets : agricultural machinery (gearbox), special machines (frames), construction (pumps, valves, roadwork), industrial equipment (heating, air conditioning), household equipment (boilers, stoves, grills).
