CORDM, located in Verdun, France, is a gears specialist servicing diverse markets.

Its main competence is the complete manufacturing of gears (spur, helical, internal, bevel gears…) with diameter up to 1600 mm (Module 25) for small or medium-sized serial production.

For CORDM, every customer is unique, every project is specific. Thus, we also propose machining only (soft or hard machining) or just the repair of gears for single parts. Moreover, we are also able to help our customers by making drawings from their own supplied parts.

This leads to confidence from our customers for more than 30 years and nowadays,
CORDM is supplying many diversified sectors such as Rail transport, Windenergy, Tunnel boring machines, Crushing, Oil and heavy industry. Concerning rail transport, our gears are used in driving bogies of the biggest manufacturers of freight and passengers engines.

Thanks to a strong policy of investments, CORDM has at its disposal a recent and innovative machining equipment (more than 50 machines) over 6000m2. Quality control is assured amongst others by a 3D measurement center Wenzel machine as well as by Nital etching and magnetic particle test.

Thanks to the quality of its products, CORDM doubled its turnover in 3 years and is now supplying gears to the biggest world customers.
