LABEYRIE FINE FOODS INTERNATIONAL

Specialising in foie gras and Adour salmon at the Halles market in Bordeaux since 1946,
Robert Labeyrie created his first smoked salmon production unit in Saint-Geours-de-Maremne,his home town, in 1963, followed by a foie gras cannery in 1971. Having built up a strong company,
Robert Labeyrie sold his stake in 1986 to Suez Industries. This began a new chapter in the Group’s success story.

Year after year, the Group continued to innovate in response to the desires and tastes of
increasingly selective, discerning consumers. Labeyrie has always been a pioneer in its markets:
it was one of the first foie gras and smoked salmon brands to enter the supermarkets and the first to provide advertising support. Labeyrie is also a brand that always seeks to innovate across its whole range of products, offering the first salmon to display fishing and smoking dates, never frozen, and PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) south-western foie gras.

Today, with Adrimex, Blini, Delpierre, Farne, Labeyrie, Labeyrie Fine Foods International, Labeyrie Traiteur Surgelés and Lyons Seafoods, LABEYRIE FINE FOODS presents itself as the European leader in the luxury foods market, currently the most profi table market in the food sector.
Labeyrie Fine Foods offers very high-quality products under its own brand names
and for retailers.
Aperitifs, snacks, starters, main dishes, desserts – Labeyrie Fine Foods truly has the will to add flavour to all happy occasions.
