PAGES VEDRENNE

Vedrenne has been making its liqueurs since 1923 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of Burgundy.
The company initially won recognition with the outstanding quality of its Crème de Cassis.
This was done by using the finest blackcurrants available - the famous "Noir de Bourgogne".
Supercassis is the most awarded "crème de cassis" in the world.
Today this expertise, associated with modern processing techniques, is revealed in the excellence of Vedrenne Crèmes and Liqueurs.
Vedrenne employs methods such as processing the fruit without exposure to air and light, recipes using a high proportion of fruit, careful maceration and steeping to ensure the true fragrances are retained. The resulting range is rich in variety with both classic and original flavours.

Vedrenne syrups are characterized by their intense fragrances and authentic flavours that are particularly appreciated by all catering professionals.
